I didn’t receive an SVG file. Can you send it?
An SVG file is included with every SVG purchase. If you’re not seeing it, chances are you have SVGs to default open in a different app on your computer. It may show up as a Chrome, Internet Explorer, Text file, Microsoft file, etc… THIS is the SVG file. It will open just fine once you unzip the folder and go to your program (Silhouette Studio for example) and open it from there. If you try to open as is, it will open as in whatever default program you have SVGs to open up in.

Commercial Use – Our Commercial Use license means that you have intentions of selling your final product (t-shirt, decal, sign, etc.) with our design on it–whether it be online or at an onsite location. Every item purchased from our website is available for small business commercial use. You MAY NOT use the design on third party printing websites such as CafePress, Zazzle, or anything of similar trade. YOU MAY not resell the design in any digital format.
Personal Use – Our Personal Use license means that you have no intention of selling your final product or any distribution with intentions on monetary gains.
When will I receive my SVG order?
Upon payment, the final page will bring you to a download page. There you can download your files automatically. If you are having problems, please contact us.
How do you create all your designs?
All our designs are created with Adobe Illustrator.
Can you make me a custom SVG?

What cutters will work with your files?
Our files will open in the Silhouette Studio (both upgraded and non-upgraded versions), Sure Cuts A Lot (SCAL), the Cricut Design Space, and any other program that allows the use of SVG’s, DXF’s, and EPS’s.
If you need a different format, please contact us, and we can accommodate that for you.
