How big is so and so mold?
All molds will have their measurements listed in the description. If a mold says it is 2.5″ wide, wide is at it’s widest point.
Are your molds food safe?
Daintee Design molds are not food safe. If you would like to use our molds for food, please email us at hello@dainteedesigns.com after placing your order and we can change the silicone for a nominal fee to the food-safe silicone. The upcharge is $1-$3 per mold depending on mold size.
I think there’s a defect in my mold. What can I do?
Please send a photo of the mold to hello@dainteedesigns.com and we can discuss what options can be done.
How do I clean my molds?
If you have extra glitter or resin on your molds, simply use painters tape and dab it on your mold. This will remove any excess dried resin or glitter remnants. You can wash with soap and lukewarm water then air dry. Please do not use any abrasive brushes or cleaners.
I don’t see any molds. How can I order?
I am only open periodically and then will close to fulfill orders. Join my Facebook group to see when the next release is. Please make sure you READ all the rules and answer all the questions before joining.
When will my mold(s) ship?
All molds are made-to-order, unless otherwise stated, and will ship in 2-2.5 weeks. This may vary depending on current volume of orders.

SVGs & Digital Downloads
I didn’t receive an SVG file. Can you send it?
An SVG file is included with every SVG purchase. If you’re not seeing it, chances are you have SVGs to default open in a different app on your computer. It may show up as a Chrome, Internet Explorer, Text file, Microsoft file, etc… THIS is the SVG file. It will open just fine once you unzip the folder and go to your program (Silhouette Studio for example) and open it from there. If you try to open as is, it will open as in whatever default program you have SVGs to open up in.
